FAQ

Is Pocket Search the deep research tool you've been looking for?

Do my reports expire?

No. Unused reports stay in your account and nothing expires on a clock. If an account sits inactive for 3 months it may be shut down. You'll get an email first, and any login resets the clock.

Why one-time, not a subscription?

A pack is a one-time purchase and the balance is spent on your schedule. Nothing renews and there's no monthly meter. The reports are the same whether you buy a pack of four or thirty.

How do the reports compare to a subscription service?

Every claim in a report is cited to its source and weak sources are flagged, so you can check the brief against the record yourself. You're never committed to a monthly plan. Try the free trial, no registration, no card, and judge the reports on their own.

Why would a report finish early?

Reports stop when the answer's done, which can be well before the clock runs out. A Comprehensive report can run up to an hour; a straightforward question finishes sooner. When a paid run finishes in under half its budget, half its credits come back automatically.

Can I mix depths in one pack?

Yes. Each report's depth is your call. A pack splits across Focused, Thorough, and Comprehensive however you want, with no lock-in to one depth.

Which depth should I pick?

You're not limited to one question. Paste in a long brief and any depth works through it; the depth only sets how long the report runs. Focused for a quick pass, Thorough for the middle ground, Comprehensive for full coverage with every source cited. Start with Focused or Thorough, then go deeper when the brief needs it.
